Ever since high school I have been somewhat of a runner, running many 5k's, 10k's and half marathons. I have trained for three marathons but got injured twice so I have only completed one.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Avoid injury by consistently running and lifting. Run at least one more marathon and at least get close to running a sub three hour marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
1 Mile: 4:59
